When campers stay at Campland, they never have to leave during their stay. There are so many amenities and activities offered, it seems like a family camp. Camping here is an all-encompassing, family-friendly experience.
You can plan your stay up to two years in advance. Like many other resorts, our rates do go up as the campground gets full. Plan ahead and save. Note: During the busy summer season, we do not allow Saturday arrivals.

Winter Rates 2025
Campland on the Bay® offers winter rates which are in effect from the Tuesday after Labor Day ending on the Friday of Memorial Weekend. Holidays require a three (3) night minimum stay. Rates are subject to change based on availability and without notice. Weekly and Extended Stay reservations are available to book by phone only. Rates are effective 1/1/2025.

Extended Stays
Campland offers a limited number of extended stay sites for stays over 31 days during the off-season. To get more information, please call 858-581-4200 during business hours. Each season, extended stay rates are available October 1 through May 15 only.
Summer Rates 2025 (daily rate only)
Summer rates are in effect from the Friday before Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. Summer weekends require a two (2) night minimum stay (Friday – Saturday). Holidays require a three (3) night minimum stay. Rates are subject to change based on availability and without notice. No weekly rate available! Rates are effective 1/1/2025.

General Reservation Information
We look forward to welcoming you to Campland on the Bay!
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm or later.
- Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
- Rates and fees are subject to change based on availability without notice.

- To select a specific available site – see site selection fees above for new rates effective 8/3/22.
- Inquire about 20% discount for San Diego City residents (proof of residency is required).
- Rate includes 1 – 4 people. Maximum of 6 people per site except for primitive sites.
- Reservations can be made up to 2 years in advance.
- If you have visitors, visitor parking rates will apply and visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.
- Cable TV and Wi-fi are available.
- Rates include electricity usage if hookups are provided.
- Early Departure Fee: 10% of remaining credit.
Cancellation Information
If a reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the reservation arrival date, the camper will receive a full refund of what has been paid by the camper less a $30 cancellation fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date, the camper will be charged for the first night of the reservation. *Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a reservation is made at least 72 hours before the reservation arrival date, then it can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the booking is made with a full refund of what has been paid by the camper and without any cancellation fees
