Click here to nominate Campland on the Bay as San Diego’s Best Staycation
We believe Campland is one of the best Staycations in San Diego. Do you agree? We know the majority of our campers are local San Diegans who return year after year. Campland is a place to unplug from our hectic lives and relax along Mission Bay. With our live entertainment and kids’ activities, people can enjoy attending these activities with fellow campers. Our Campland Cantina makes it easy to grab a meal without the need to cook. Our watersports and marina provide great fun out on the bay, from kayaking and peddle boats to patio boats. Campers can also connect with nature as we have the Kendall Frost Preserve adjacent to the park. Look up and you may see an osprey overhead with a fish in its talons or pelicans flying in formation.
About San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Reader’s Poll
According to Paul Ingegneri, VP of Advertising at the San Diego Union-Tribune, “It goes without saying that San Diego’s U-T Readers Poll is the one that counts — and now is the time to have your voice heard by nominating the places that you feel are worthy of being named among “San Diego’s Best,” from amazing restaurants and recreation destinations, shops, services and more. Just look at the list of categories and nominate here through May 8. Then come back and vote, starting on May 30. Our thanks for helping us determine who should be among San Diego’s Best in 2019!”
The San Diego’s Best poll celebrates 23 years of serving San Diego County. It is the longest running contest of its kind in Southern California.
Our “Readers Poll” is exactly that — designed to reflect the voting of our audience. We encourage companies to increase the frequency of their messaging about their desire to win their categories. Readers will be seeing these campaigns, asking for their votes. After all, this is a contest for a coveted prize — the right to be known as the best of San Diego.
