CAMPLAND ON THE BAY PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE FORM
The undersigned hereby grants Campland, LLC (“Campland”), owner of Campland on the Bay located in San Diego, California, permission to take, use and edit any likeness of me contained in photos, videos, or other digital media (“Photos”) taken at Campland, provided to Campland by me, or posted by me on the Campland website or related social media websites, for use in any and all of its publications and promotional pamphlets and materials, including web-based publications and advertising, without payment or other consideration.
I understand and agree that all Photos and video footage will become the property of Campland and will not be returned or provided to me.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Campland to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these Photos or Videos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product in which my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Photos.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Campland from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
